Meliodas'  Sword quickly became one of the most challenging and rewarding builds I've completed. The project featured a mirror chrome blade created using Alclad Chrome over a polished gloss black base, a custom-mixed green to match the anime reference, and a hand-wrapped katana-style handle.

Partway through the build I discovered the original moulded handle design wasn't compatible with the traditional wrap, so I completely redesigned the handle by filling the moulded diamonds, creating a subtle textured underlayer, and wrapping it from scratch. Although the build fought me right through to the end, it taught me valuable lessons about planning, paint systems and traditional sword construction that I'll carry into future projects.

In the end, this sword wasn't just another finished prop—it became one of the biggest learning experiences on Unlimited Props and proved that large, full-size hero props are absolutely achievable as part of my weekly build schedule.
